Our founder, Michael Stewart Frankel, began the Frankel Law Firm in 1978 and has gained a reputation for pioneering legal work in the field of lead poisoning. Our firm has litigated and won numerous legal actions for families affected by the neurotoxicity of lead -- work that includes several precedent-setting cases that were adjudicated by the Appellate Courts of the State of New York.
